1.Carbon steel rods cut to an appropriate length are rapidly heated to 1150-1200°C by electromagnetic induction heating.

 

2.Carbon steel rods heated to 1150-1200°C are forged by a forging machine and directly molded into the prototype shape of the handle of the router bits required by the customer.
